I. Eligibility Requirements:
1.Full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students currently enrolled at the campus.
2.Excellent academic record with relevant knowledge background.
3.Sufficient English proficiency to meet the academic requirements of the program.
4.Family financial capability to cover all associated costs.
5.Good moral character, no record of misconduct at the university, compliance with team discipline, physical and mental fitness to successfully complete the program.

III. Application Method
Scan the QR code below for online registration. Fill out the Application Form for Student Overseas (Cross-Border) Programs (in duplicate), the Study Plan for Courses During Exchange (to be completed by students who need credit transfer/course substitution), the Commitment Letter for Overseas (Cross-Border) Study Exchange, and the Parental Consent Form. After signing and stamping the aforementioned documents, submit them to Room 221, Main Building. Meanwhile, fill out the electronic version of the Personal Information Summary Form and send it to the email address: yuyeyin@hit.edu.cn.
Registration will be deemed successful only after you scan the QR code, submit the hard copies of the materials, and send the electronic version of the Personal Information Summary Form to the designated email address.
Registration Deadline: December 10
Once officially admitted, you shall not withdraw from the program for any reason other than force majeure; otherwise, you will be held responsible for the relevant consequences. Please ensure your email address remains accessible during the application period. Applications with incomplete or non-compliant materials will be deemed as automatic withdrawal.

IV. Notes
1.Each of the above programs requires a minimum of 40 participants to run. The program will be canceled if the required number is not met.
2.The above schedule is based on previous sessions and is for reference only. The actual schedule may be subject to adjustments, and the final version shall prevail.
3.Students who wish to participate in the programs are required to apply for their passports in advance on their own initiative.
