We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 2nd EAI International Conference on Machine Learning and Information Communications (MLICOM 2017), which will take place on August 5 and August 6, 2017 in Weihai, Shandong. We welcome unpublished papers written in English language and describing original work in areas pertinent to machine learning and information communications.

As an emerging branch discipline of computer science, machine learning (ML) originates from the research of pattern recognition and Experiential Learning Theory (ELT) of artificial intelligence algorithm, and discusses how to improve the performance of specific algorithm via experiential learning and how to make predictions in sophisticated scenarios. This Conference aims at exploring the integration of limited radio resources and some intelligent algorithms and solutions, so as to enhance the quality of service with a more intelligent and efficient system that incorporates machine learning algorithm into the communications system.

    All papers accepted will be published in Proceedings by Springer and will be available in the SpringerLink Digital Library. All the accepted papers will also be indexed by EI, ISI, Scopus, Crossref, Google Scholar and DBLP. The authors of the best selected papers will be invited to extend them for publication in Mobile Networks and Applications (SCI, IF=1.538) and IEEE Access (SCI, IF=1.27).
